Paradise Adventure Trek Nepal is a locally owned trekking company based in Thamel, Kathmandu, running guided treks across Nepal since 2017. Over nine years we have walked trekkers of every ability into the Annapurna Sanctuary, up to Everest Base Camp, around the Manaslu Circuit and through the walled kingdom of Upper Mustang.
Every trek we operate is led by a government-licensed Nepali guide, supported by fairly paid and insured porters, and planned around a realistic acclimatisation profile rather than a rushed schedule. Whether you have seven days for the Mardi Himal ridge or three weeks for Upper Dolpo, we build the trek around your fitness, your budget and your dates — not around a fixed departure calendar.

Best Time to Trek in Nepal
Four seasons, four different countries. We will tell you plainly if your dates are wrong for the route you have chosen.
Autumn (late September – November)
The most reliable season. Clear skies, stable weather, firm trails and the sharpest mountain views of the year. Book early; this is peak season on every route.
Spring (March – May)
The second-best window and the finest season for scenery below 4,000m, when rhododendron forests are in full bloom. Warmer nights and longer days, with some afternoon haze building through May.
Winter (December – February)
Clear, quiet and cold. Excellent for lower routes such as Poon Hill, Mardi Himal and Kathmandu Valley. High passes may close under snow.
Monsoon (June – early September)
Wet and leech-prone on most routes, but this is the right season for the rain-shadow trails: Upper Mustang, Nar Phu and Upper Dolpo.
